Whether you’re here because something in your life isn’t working—or because you’re ready to create more connection and intention—counselling can be a powerful place to begin.
I offer counselling in Victoria BC and throughout the province, in person or online. This flexibility allows you to access support from wherever you feel most comfortable, without sacrificing depth or relational presence. Counselling can be just as effective as in-person work, especially when it’s grounded in authenticity, clarity, and care.
My approach is relational and emotionally focused. That means we don’t just talk about what’s happening on the surface—we look at the underlying patterns, beliefs, and emotional dynamics that shape your experience. Whether you’re an individual navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or self-doubt, or a couple struggling with communication, conflict, or disconnection, our work will be grounded in both curiosity and practical tools for change.
You don’t have to come in with the “right” words or a clear plan. You just have to be willing to show up. From there, we’ll work together to create a space where growth can happen—honestly, gently, and at your own pace.
If you’re looking for counselling in Victoria BC that feels real, grounded, and human—you’re in the right place.
Many extended health plans offer coverage for therapy services with a Registered Clinical Social Worker (RCSW). While I don’t bill insurance providers directly, a detailed receipt will be emailed to you after each session. You can submit this receipt to your provider for potential reimbursement.
If you’re unsure whether your plan covers therapy with a therapist in Victoria BC, I recommend checking with your provider directly.

Couples counselling provides a structured, supportive space to address challenges without blame. Learn practical communication tools, identify unhelpful patterns, and develop healthier ways to reconnect and move forward together with greater clarity.
Counselling offers a focused space to better understand stress, expectations, and personal challenges. It supports self-awareness, stronger relationships, and clearer decision-making so you can move forward with confidence and direction.
Group counselling creates a supportive environment built on shared experience and connection. It helps reduce isolation, encourages honest conversation, and provides perspective and accountability alongside other men facing similar challenges.
You do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Whether you are looking for support as an individual, within a relationship, or in a group setting, the first step is simply reaching out. We will begin with a conversation about what you are experiencing, what you would like to work toward, and whether this feels like the right fit for you. Therapy is most effective when it starts with clarity, trust, and intention.
